E-invoicing · Belgium 2026
Peppol, without thinking about it
Since 1 January 2026, Belgian businesses send and receive invoices to other businesses electronically, over Peppol. In Navi that is simply how an invoice is sent.
- 1 You make the invoice in Navi
- 2 Navi checks it
- 3 It leaves over Peppol
- 4 Payment comes back and is matched
- Send from the invoice you already make Make the invoice in Navi as always and press Send. It leaves over Peppol in the format the law asks for.
- Checked before it leaves Navi lists every problem with an invoice and how to fix it, before a customer’s system can refuse it.
- How to pay, inside the invoice Your IBAN and structured reference travel with it, so the payment comes back matched to the right invoice.
- Supplier invoices arrive by themselves Invoices sent to you over Peppol land in Navi, ready to approve. Nothing to type over.
- Books in Billit? Fine. Incoming invoices can be passed on to Billit automatically, so your accountant keeps working where they work.
- Registration done for you We register your company on the Peppol network. You do not need a contract with an access point yourself.
Navi sends through Peppyrus, a certified Peppol access point, in the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 format.
